Integrative Therapy

"The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are." -Joseph Campbell

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I offer psychotherapy services to clients in North Carolina at Being in Process, PLLC, a group practice based in Wilmington. I work with clients anywhere in the state via Telehealth services. I also have limited availability for in-person sessions in downtown Wilmington.

My approach to therapy is holistic and experiential.

I integrate right-brained, experiential methods with cognitive processing, reflection and integration to support behavior change, deepen self-awareness, and enhance psychological flexibility. I see therapy as a co-creative process in which we work together to help you connect with the natural healing impulse that exists within you. My work facilitates experiences of connection with the inner self to access deeper self-awareness and authentic self-expression, while also developing practical skills for self-regulation and self-care. Some of the tools I use in my practice include mindfulness and relaxation techniques, guided imagery, behavioral coaching and dreamwork.
