What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an experiential process that combines focus, concentration and relaxation to promote positive change and personal growth. The trance state can help to transcend old thought patterns and behaviors, creating new neural pathways and possibilities.

Working with the subconscious mind can help activate deeper-level change where the conscious mind sometimes gets stuck. Hypnosis is one way to shift your consciousness into a state of heightened inner awareness and increased receptivity to change, opening the mind to suggestions and visualizations designed to address your goals. Hypnosis can also serve as a gateway for connecting with intuition, communicating with the body, and discovering new perspectives in your life situation.

How It Works
We begin with an intake interview where we work together to uncover the patterns that you would like to address and to create goals for our work together. From there we may proceed with an individually scripted session to re-pattern and reinforce your intentions for change. And/or, we may also use hypnosis to explore an inner dialogue with your subconscious mind so that you can gain deeper insight and understanding about an area of focus. I work with each client individually to determine an approach based on your goals and circumstances.
