ABOUT ME
I have always been driven by my curiosity about consciousness, healing and human mind. I have often found myself straddling different ways of seeing and understanding the world, seeking pathways that bridge the psychological and spiritual realms. The approaches I offer are those that have also supported me in my own inner work and direct experience.

I began my career in youth services, alternative & outdoor education, and mental health, earning my MSW from UNC Chapel Hill in 2014. As a clinical social worker, I worked in in school-based and in-home therapy with youth and families, receiving training in behavioral therapies. I also integrated expressive arts based techniques through my work with the Art Therapy Institute of NC.

In recent years, my practice has shifted towards transpersonal and experiential practices. I hold several certifications in hypnosis: as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) and Master Hypnotherapist (MHt) through the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, and as a Hypnotist and Hypno-Coach Specialist through the International Hypnosis Federation. I completed a year-long program in Embodied Experiential Dreamwork and have explored a variety of approaches to dreamwork. I have also studied energy healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have received continuing education in numerous other therapeutic approaches. I am a certified SoulCollage® facilitator.

I live near the Atlantic Ocean in Wilmington, North Carolina with my husband, Alex, and our chihuahua, Hermes. I value time in nature, creative expression and contemplation.
